How long does your jerky stay fresh?
Most of our jerky products have a shelf life of 12 months when unopened. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain peak flavor and texture.
When will my order ship?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and select international territories. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of available countries.
Is your jerky gluten-free?
We offer a wide variety of gluten-free options. You can easily find these by using the 'Gluten-Free' filter on our shop page or checking the nutritional information listed on each product's page.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if there is an issue with your order or a quality concern, please contact our customer service team within 30 days for a resolution.
